By enrolling in any course at our school, students agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Fee Policy.
Course Fees :
The course fee includes tuition for the selected yoga program along with the facilities and services clearly mentioned on the course page. Depending on the program, fees generally cover:
Yoga teacher training or retreat tuition
Accommodation (shared or private, as per selection)
Daily sattvic vegetarian meals
Study materials and manuals
Certification upon successful completion
Use of school facilities during the course
Any services not specifically mentioned as included (such as airport transfers, personal expenses, or additional therapies) are not covered by the course fee.
Booking & Advance Payment :
To confirm your seat in any Yoga Teacher Training Course or Retreat, students are required to pay an advance booking deposit.
The advance payment secures your place in the selected course
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or before the course begins, as instructed by the school
Seats are limited in each batch, and bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online payment gateways
Cash payment upon arrival (as per prior confirmation)
All payment instructions are shared after successful registration. Students are responsible for any bank or transaction charges.
Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is firm and transparent:
Advance deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
Course fees once paid are not refundable, even in case of:
Late arrival
Early departure
Personal reasons
Health issues
Visa delays or rejections
In rare and exceptional cases (such as natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances from the school’s side), Shiv Ganga Yoga & Meditation School may offer a course postponement, subject to availability. No cash refunds will be provided.
Course Cancellation & Withdrawal:
Students may cancel their participation at any time by informing the school in writing
Cancellation does not involve any additional charges
However, no part of the deposited or paid fees will be refunded
If a student leaves the course before completion, they will not be eligible for certification or partial fee adjustment.
Non-Attendance & Incomplete Courses :
Full attendance is mandatory for certification
Missing classes, workshops, or exams due to personal reasons does not entitle students to refunds or discounts
Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course requirements
Accommodation-Related Fees :
Accommodation is provided only for enrolled students
Any damage to school property or accommodation facilities must be paid for by the student
Additional stay beyond the course dates is subject to availability and extra charges
Fee Changes & Updates :
Shiv Ganga Yoga & Meditation School reserves the right to:
Modify course fees at any time
Update policies without prior notice
However, fees confirmed at the time of booking will not change for that student.
Student Responsibility :
